Your priority for housing

The Council will give highest priority to those in the highest housing need.  We look at where you live, the conditions you live in and how many bedrooms you need for your household. Our Allocations Policy sets out how we give priority for housing.

We have three priority bands:

Band 1 – (Emergency Priority)

Band 2 – (High Priority)

Band 3 – (Priority)

What to do if you are not happy with a decision

If you are not happy with a decision that we make, you can ask us to review the decision.
