IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING One Time Passcode

If you are contacting us regarding your OTP (One Time Passcode) please wait 30 minutes for the code to be sent.  If you have not received it then please request a new code. You may have to check your Junk mail. The passcode will be sent to the email address registered on your housing application.

Once you receive your code please do not copy and paste it.  You must retype it.

If you have been rehoused into the private rented sector, then this email has been sent to you in error so please ignore.

We are no longer providing a face-to-face service at Laurence House

If you need housing advice call 0808 178 0939. We will refer anyone homeless or at risk of homelessness to our housing solutions officers who will assess you by phone.

The quickest way for partners to refer clients for support is through our alert portal. If you are aware of anyone at risk please complete the referral form and we will be in touch as soon as we can.
